Job Summary/Description This role includes anchoring weekend morning weathercasts and reporting weather/feature stories during the week. You’ll work alongside experienced meteorologists, contribute to severe weather coverage, and engage viewers through social media—especially during major weather events.
A person will co‑anchor and handle weather for our Weekend AM newscasts. They will also fill in for other meteorologists when needed throughout the year. In addition, they will act as an MMJ covering feature stories, weather/farm-related stories, and other potential franchise segments.

Qualifications/Requirements Ideal candidates hold (or are pursuing) a degree in meteorology or a related science, demonstrate strong on‑air potential, and have a passion for telling impactful local weather stories.
