Learning Designer III - Digital Content Specialist
to join a commercial airline company in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.
Pay:
$48.62 - $53.62/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA‑compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Description The Learning Designer III - Digital Content Specialist supports the execution and ongoing evolution of client’s enterprise digital content strategy. This role serves as the primary owner of digital learning content for Talent Hub and divisional upskilling initiatives, ensuring content is governed, scalable, and aligned with client’s skills framework and learning standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Lead execution of the digital learning content strategy across Talent Hub and enterprise learning platforms.
Own content governance practices including taxonomy, metadata standards, tagging, and version control.
Curate and manage digital learning content libraries, including Percipio and internally developed assets.
Develop and maintain digital content roadmaps aligned to business needs, vendor release cycles, and enterprise skills priorities.
Partner with Learning Experience Managers, Enterprise Skills, and BU L&D teams to align content to workforce skill development initiatives.
Provide consultation on best practices for digital content integration, delivery, and learner experience optimization.
Collaborate with learning technology partners on technical enhancements related to content delivery and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience managing enterprise digital learning content programs and content governance models.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital content vendors, and online learning technologies.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder partnership, and program coordination skills.
Demonstrates organizational values and accountability consistent with existing GLLD expectations.
