Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers post‑sale for upselling opportunities
Regularly update management on activities and maintain accurate records in CRM (SFDC)
Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform internal business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
5+ years of experience in consultative sales and closing complex software and services sales
Proven track record in balancing prospecting and existing customer sales
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet urgent timelines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience creating accurate sales forecasts and reports for strategic decision‑making
Strong C‑suite engagement skills and a history of significant quota achievement
Proven ability to execute innovative sales strategies in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Experience leading complex, strategic negotiations and delivering on agreements
