Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role for an Account Manager in Enterprise Sales, based in Thousand Oaks, CA. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through sales and business development strategies. Key responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales operations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The role will support the continued success of the organization by ensuring client needs are met and exceeded. 80k range with Bonus - Health / Life / Disability benefits Qualifications
Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to build and sustain strong client relationships. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to identify and execute revenue‑generating opportunities effectively. Experience in Business Development and strategic planning to drive strategic growth and explore new markets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present solutions clearly and work collaboratively with teams. Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to address client needs and market challenges. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
