Requirements

Active life insurance license (resident state), or ability to obtain license quickly

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and reliable

Comfortable using CRM and Zoom

Professional, ethical approach

Compensation

Commission-based with no income cap

Weekly commission payouts

Average active agents generate $60,000–$200,000 annually

Income varies based on effort and production
