About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, organized professional to generate qualified sales meetings and support our Outside Sales team across the U.S. and Canada.
If you enjoy outbound outreach, research, and turning conversations into scheduled meetings — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Schedule 10+ in-person or virtual meetings per week
Research prospects using CRM and LinkedIn
Execute structured follow-up campaigns
Maintain accurate CRM records
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve messaging
Help refine outreach strategies and performance
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience handling large outbound call/email lists
Strong technical aptitude (IP, fiber, routers, Wi‑Fi, cloud concepts)
CRM experience (any platform; SugarCRM a plus)
Skilled in LinkedIn and online prospecting Proficient in Outlook and Excel
Strong follow-up discipline and organization
Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
Background in networking, structured cabling, or low-voltage
Advanced Excel or mail merge skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Comfortable on camera for promotional content
