Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager and Inside Sales role based in Westborough, MA. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating and nurturing leads, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and provide exceptional service to customers. The position requires staying informed about SES product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Proven ability in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent skills in Sales and driving revenue growth
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and a client-focused approach
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in using CRM tools is an advantage
Familiarity with energy management or technology solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
