$36,000 – $68,000 per year (Base + Commission)

We’re looking for an
Outside Sales Representative
who knows how to develop new business in an industrial, relationship-driven market like Memphis. This role is ideal for someone comfortable prospecting, walking facilities, and building trust with owners and operations leaders.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new B2B accounts in industrial and commercial environments
Meet with business owners, plant managers, and operations teams
Present uniform, mat, and workplace safety programs
Build and manage a sales pipeline with clear activity and sales goals
Work closely with a local service and operations team
What We’re Looking For
Outside or B2B sales experience preferred
Comfortable with field-based prospecting and relationship selling
Strong communication, follow-up, and organization skills
Self-motivated, professional, and accountable
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
Base salary + commission (performance-driven earnings)
