Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Empire Auto Parts. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships by managing sales operations within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and implementing strategic sales plans. Additional duties may include analyzing market trends, fostering client relationships by delivering excellent customer service, and representing Empire at industry events. Regular communication with internal teams and external clients will be expected to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

Analytical and strategic thinking abilities for market analysis and sales planning

Knowledge of the automotive industry and aftermarket parts is preferred but not required

Proficiency in CRM systems, data tracking tools, and digital communication platforms

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region
