Truliteis GROWING! We are looking for an Account Executive to support our Dallas, TX territory.
The Account Executive manages the complete sales cycle, balancing new business development with the growth of existing customer relationships. This role requires a strategic approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to align customer needs with company solutions while consistently meeting revenue goals.
Who You Are The person in this role is a motivated and reliable sales professional who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. You are comfortable building relationships, handling customer conversations, and adjusting to changing business needs. You communicate clearly, protect confidential information, and follow through on commitments.
Skills You Bring
1–3 years of outside sales experience, or relevant experience in project management or estimating within the architectural glass or related industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
Strong organization and time management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate and influence effectively
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet revenue goals
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays
What You Will Be Doing
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, negotiating, and closing sales
Grow existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with corporate and regional goals
Monitor market conditions and identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and call reports
Deliver professional presentations to architects, contractors, and key decision-makers
Collaborate with Operations Leaders on project planning and execution
Support account collections when needed
Share best practices and collaborate with peers to support team success
Perform other duties as assigned
