Position Overview Ferguson is seeking an experienced

Outside Sales Representative-Facilities Supply

with strong Multifamily Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) experience to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while actively developing new business from

Kenosha, WI up to and including the Greater Milwaukee market.

A fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone & laptop will be provided.

The ideal candidate is consultative and data-driven, with a solid understanding of MRO solutions and a proven ability to grow share of wallet by building trusted relationships with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and Maintenance teams. This role spends the majority of time in the field, engaging customers face-to-face.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, while working with other branch associates to ensure satisfaction with our products and services, from the order to the delivery and beyond.

Identifies and actively pursues new business opportunities to expand the current customer base by working with management in developing sales strategies and new account targeting.

Perform various duties including product quotation and problem resolution.

Analyzes competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate sales strategy to management.

Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.

Manage and grow relationships with an assigned base of Multifamily customers and key vendor partners.

·Increase share of wallet by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored MRO solutions to active, new, and inactive accounts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with management to develop and execute territory and account strategies.

Create and execute territory and account plans aligned with sales objectives, leveraging data, CRM insights, and competitive analysis.

Maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline that balances customer satisfaction with profitable growth.

Monitor competitive activity and communicate market insights and recommendations to leadership.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to maintain a professional, credible presence in the field.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience within the Multifamily vertical, ideally in the MRO, distribution, or manufacturing space.

Proven success working with Property Managers, Regional Managers, Facility/Maintenance Supervisors, and Maintenance Technicians.

Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and CRM tools to drive sales growth and manage pipeline performance.

Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Strong problem-solving, active listening, time management, and organizational skills.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong overall digital literacy.

This is a base plus commission eligible role, with no cap on your commission. The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $125,000+.
