As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. You’ll provide tailored services at their doorstep, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships, using TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook. Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household because no two yards (or customers) are the same Turn “just looking” into “just signed” with a proven sales methodology and processes Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow through Cross-sell and upsell with your expertise to show customers how to level up their lawns What You’ll Bring
You don’t need a green thumb to thrive here, just the drive to succeed and the people skills to make every doorstep feel like a warm lead. High school diploma or GED required Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are valued Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication chops for both casual conversation and closing discussions Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset Comfortable with technology and mobile devices Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors Perks & Benefits

$27,669.00 - $58,865.00 This range is based on qualifications including experience and other considerations permitted by law.
