About This Position As an
Entry‑Level Sales & Marketing Representative , you’ll work in the field engaging directly with homeowners across Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral areas to promote Quantum Fibers and AT&T’s home services. Your day‑to‑day will involve walking assigned residential territories, building rapport with potential customers, and educating them on Quantum Fiber and AT&T’s solutions based on their needs.
You’ll receive ongoing support, tools for success, and plenty of opportunities to earn through both hourly pay and performance‑based commissions. No prior experience is required—just a great attitude and the willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications / Expectations
Excellent communication skills required
Professional appearance and positive attitude required
Self‑motivation and goal‑oriented mindset required
Sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred
Bilingual abilities preferred
Some college education or leadership experience preferred
Benefits
Hourly pay: $15.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience)
Uncapped commission – earn based on performance
