Job Summary The Director of Sales leads the sales and marketing efforts for Kingston Residence of Santa Fe. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive occupancy, grow community awareness, and build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. The Director of Sales focuses on nurturing existing leads, generating new qualified inquiries, and guiding prospects through a thoughtful and personalized decision process.

Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage community sales efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Drive lead conversion by understanding each prospective resident’s needs and presenting the value of Kingston Residence of Santa Fe’s services and lifestyle.

Build strong relationships within the local community through events, partnerships, and professional networking.

Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to track leads, activity, and outcomes.

Develop and execute a rolling 90-day sales and marketing plan aligned with community goals and performance metrics.

Conduct tours, home visits, events, and other engagement activities that move prospects confidently toward choosing Kingston Residence of Santa Fe.

Collaborate with the Executive Director to train and coach team members involved in handling inquiries, tours, and first impressions.

Manage and monitor the community sales and marketing budget.

Support the development of internal referral relationships with residents and families.

Ensure the community, apartments, and shared spaces remain welcoming, market-ready, and aligned with quality standards.

Participate in regular leadership and census meetings, sharing insights, trends, and sales performance updates.

Partner with Life Enrichment to ensure social presence reflects the vibrancy and quality of life within the community.

Work with corporate marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and sales tools with strategic goals.

Perform local market and competitor reviews to stay informed and position the community effectively.

Complete additional responsibilities as needed to support community success.

Qualifications Experience

3 to 5 years of sales, marketing, or senior living experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

None required.

Physical Requirements This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and movement throughout the community. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain clear communication with residents, families, team members, and external partners.
