Kensington Electronics is expanding. We distribute mission-critical electronic components into aerospace, defense, medical, and high-reliability industrial markets — and we are growing intentionally and profitably.

We’re looking for an Inside Sales professional who can both

win new business and deepen existing accounts .

This role is for someone who:

Thinks in gross profit dollars, not just revenue

Protects margin while driving growth

Knows how to convert RFQs into long-term relationships

Takes ownership of their book of business

You’ll work closely with engineering, purchasing, and operations contacts while collaborating internally across sales, procurement, and leadership.

Compensation

Competitive base ($50K–$75K depending on experience)

Uncapped commission paid monthly

Annual performance bonus

OTE: $85K–$120K+ with accelerators for top performers

High performers exceed OTE.
