Acknowledge and assist customers, locating merchandise efficiently and answering questions accurately
Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays for inspiration
Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience
Support various store processes including sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back of house operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must have successfully completed job readiness training at one of the employer's nonprofit partners
Effective communicator with the ability to engage with customers and team members
Problem-solver focused on continuous improvement and open to feedback
Able to handle customer interactions and issues professionally and courteously
Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
Familiarity with loyalty programs and omni-channel retailing
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
