
Responsible for the installation, integration, and maintenance of Digital Solution products including integration to a production machine
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and maintain expert status in one or more software solutions required for proper machine integrations
Create, execute, and maintain seamless integration between suppliers of software, computer hardware, and machines
Support customers, bringing problems and questions to fast and efficient resolution, and if necessary, travel onsite to bring resolutions to problems
Troubleshoot problems/issues for customers and onsite integrators, resolve Software Integration and vendor support issues
Perform onsite software integrations and installations
Train, document, mentor, and advise new and existing employees on software integration products, services, and practices
Document installation, integration, and support process
Assist with the educational aspect of software and software integration for customers as well as other team members
Train customers (remotely or onsite) to a competent level in Digital Solutions products
Administer pre-requisite material to customer in keeping with seamless integration process
Work with development teams to resolve current issues and plan for future software development
Assist with product training, machinery demonstrations, and development of Help Files and Software Documentation (creation and maintenance)
Act as a direct liaison to software suppliers to resolve technical issues and address development concerns
Coordinate and participate in demonstrations to enhance machine and systems sales
Work with Stiles education BU to create and maintain educational material and respective digital solutions
Other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
College and/or Technical Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Software Engineering/Programming/Development preferred
Basic SQL knowledge
Basic computer programming skills
Previous professional experience in the software, woodworking, or a related field preferred
Experience with CAD/CAM solutions preferred
Willingness to travel domestically / internationally
