About the Role Rhino USA is seeking a results-driven
Retail & Commercial Growth Manager
to own and grow our retail and commercial channels. This role manages key national retail accounts—primarily Walmart, Sam’s Club, AutoZone, and other major partners—while supporting expansion across commercial, fleet, and distributor customers.
This is a hands‑on role for a business‑minded account leader who combines strong retail execution, relationship management, and operational discipline to drive consistent, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Retail Account Management
Own day-to-day management of assigned national and regional retail accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, planners, and replenishment teams.
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, assortment expansion, and profitability.
Support and lead line reviews, assortment changes, and new product launches.
Ensure strong execution across pricing, promotions, resets, and in-store performance.
Sales Performance & Forecasting
Manage and grow a multi-million-dollar retail portfolio.
Build, maintain, and communicate accurate forecasts and account plans.
Monitor sales performance and retailer scorecards; proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Identify and execute net new growth opportunities for the brand.
Operations & Cross-Functional Execution
Oversee item setup, inventory flow, and replenishment cadence in partnership with the Operations team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
Resolve operational issues to maintain strong in-stock levels and service performance.
Act as the internal voice of the retailer, ensuring alignment across teams.
Travel
Travel as needed for customer meetings, line reviews, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications Required
3 years of experience managing B2B retail or wholesale accounts.
Experience working with large national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, AutoZone).
Strong understanding of retail operations, forecasting, replenishment, and item setup.
Proven ability to manage and grow complex accounts.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
Nice to Have
Experience in hard goods, CPG, automotive, hardware, or consumer products.
Familiarity with retailer portals, scorecards, and retail data tools.
Experience supporting line reviews and new product launches.

Retail accounts execute cleanly and grow against plan.
Strong, trusted buyer relationships are established across priority retailers.
Forecasting, execution, and communication processes are consistent and scalable.
