Job Description:

Experience that demonstrates master customer care – be 100% customer focused.

Experience with Sabre, GDS Systems, Expense Systems, online booking tools.

5+ years previous experience working in a corporate environment including meeting and event planning.

Coordinate with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues.

Resolve problems by applying established client policies, procedures, and tactics.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Addressing, preempting, and solving problems; candidates will be an owner and anticipate issues before they come candidates way.

Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations when overseeing travel and events.

Thinking out-of-the-box when anything established does not solve issues.

Help define and establish best practices.

Adapt fast to changes and contribute to candidates role smoothly with a positive mindset.

Be independent and autonomous; candidates can get tasks completed on candidates own.

Good prioritizations and focus skills.

Empathy to understand what our customers need.

Fast learner and tech-savvy.

Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
