
Our client, a sustainable fabric + textile manufacturer, is seeking a Showroom Manager to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities
Own the visual identity and aesthetic standards of the NYC showroom
Conceptualize and execute seasonal showroom resets aligned with fabric launches and trend direction
Curate fabric displays in an organized, intuitive, and visually compelling format
Maintain showroom cleanliness, lighting, layout flow, and overall visual consistency
Manage sample inventory, intake processes, and organization systems
Maintain fabric library accuracy and merchandising tools
Coordinate seasonal sample updates and new launches
Serve as the primary point of contact for showroom visitors
Support the sales team with appointment preparation, fabric pulls, and presentation setups
Assist with sample requests, order follow-ups, CRM updates, and shipment tracking
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery timelines
Lead showroom readiness for market weeks and client events
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in textiles, fashion wholesale, showroom management, or visual merchandising
Strong visual eye with a deep understanding of color, fabric, and trend direction
Proven experience creating compelling merchandising displays in a showroom or retail setting
Highly organized, proactive, polished, and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com; NetSuite preferred
Warm, professional presence with client‑facing experience
Collaborative, solutions‑oriented, and adaptable
$75k-85k depending on experience
