About The Role We’re seeking experienced Business Development professionals to accelerate Fun.xyz’s go-to-market efforts across key verticals, including iGaming. You will consult target iGaming accounts, cultivate executive-level partnerships, and help optimize or implement crypto deposit infrastructure.

You’ll work directly with our Head of BD, acting as a force multiplier for Fun.xyz’s growth. This role is ideal for a salesperson with experience selling payment solutions, crypto experience preferred, to iGaming companies — ready to bring their network and expertise to a high-velocity startup.

What You’ll Do

Consultative Sales: Build relationships with the largest companies in iGaming, deeply understand their payment challenges, and design solutions that improve conversion and user experience

Own Strategic Relationships: Leverage existing relationships with leaders across iGaming to activate opportunities with high-priority accounts

Full-Cycle BD: Run high-touch enterprise deals end-to-end — from sourcing to close — including discovery, demo, solution design, negotiation, and integration coordination

Ecosystem Presence: Represent Fun.xyz at global iGaming, payments, and crypto conferences to build relationships, generate pipeline, and expand our ecosystem footprint

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience selling payments solutions to iGaming companies with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals

Existing, active relationships with leadership teams in high-growth iGaming organizations (trusted contacts you can activate, not just passive connections)

Strong understanding of iGaming, payments, crypto, product, regulations, and licensing

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills- able to engage executives, founders, product leaders, and risk/legal stakeholders with equal confidence

Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced, high-growth startup

Nice To Have (But Not Required)

Familiarity with iGaming user onboarding flows, payment flow of funds, compliance considerations, or crypto UX challenges

Location and Work Environment This role is primarily in-person at our Midtown, NYC headquarters. We work together Monday through Thursday for fast, iterative collaboration and optional WFH Fridays to reset and recharge.

This role has a base salary range of $155,000 – $205,000, shared in accordance with NYC pay transparency guidelines. We aim to pay top-of-market and benchmark compensation regularly to remain highly competitive within our industry. In addition to base salary, we offer a strong total rewards package that may include equity ownership, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is tailored by level, with offers based on impact, experience, and skillset, while maintaining internal equity across the team.
