Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for metal fabrication projects
Review plans, specifications, and supporting documentation
Develop complete material takeoffs and detailed bid breakdowns
Coordinate equipment, materials, and production considerations into bids
Supervise and support estimating processes
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with pre-bid communication
Manage multiple deadlines and bid submissions
Requirements
Supervisory or leadership experience
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Experience preparing detailed material and labor takeoffs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracyProfessional communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
Aluminum awning / canopy experience
