Job Title: Trainee, Client Relations
Reports to:
Senior Manager, Client Relations
Job Purpose The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The Client Relations Trainee will assist both the Client Relations Management team and the Events team in all areas including reporting, database management, and ad hoc projects. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and development of programs for client engagement
Planning, logistics, and execution of VIP client treatment
Ensure client integration into all events and create solid follow up plans through 360 Event Strategy
Stylist Program – sales validation
Liaise with boutique teams across North America to organize pre planning for fashion shows
Maintain client databases by analyzing and verifying data
Support boutiques to ensure growth and development of different client segments
Manage logistics including sending and receiving assets for ad hoc projects
Participate in brainstorming meetings for client events
Assist during the planning and execution of both client-specific events
Communicate weekly with our Paris office to coordinate for ad hoc projects and gifting
Generate event-recap reports
Manage guest list for events
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
At least 6 months of prior experience
Full-time, 12‑month program from July 2026 through July 2027
Available to work M‑F, 9‑6pm, Friday work from home
Strong communications skills both verbal and written
Excellent follow‑through practices
Superior analytical capabilities
Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast‑paced environments
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. V‑lookups, pivot tables, Ifs, sum Ifs, page locking, etc)
Strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Capable of working with large quantities of data
Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits
Additional Information The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
