Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Skills / Qualifications Required
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Candidates must, prior to first day, have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions. The range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
