We are growing and looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

who wants to own paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands — and be directly responsible for measurable performance.

The Role This is not a coordinator role. This is a

hands-on performance marketing role .

You Will:

Build, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn

Manage budgets across multiple franchise brands

Improve CPL, CPA and ROAS performance

Create and test new funnels, audiences and creative angles

Report directly on performance and impact

You will work closely with:

Account leadership

Content team

Creative team

CEO

You will be in the room where decisions are made.

What You’ll Own Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Google Search, Display and YouTube campaigns

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation

LinkedIn lead gen and B2B targeting

Retargeting and audience segmentation

Conversion tracking setup and optimization

Funnel Optimization

Landing page performance feedback

Creative testing recommendations

Audience testing strategy

Budget reallocation decisions

Performance Reporting

Weekly reporting dashboards

Clear insights (not just metrics)

Recommendations tied to growth

Cost per lead analysis

Pipeline contribution visibility

What We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience

3+ years managing paid digital campaigns

Direct hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Demonstrated improvement in CPL / CPA

Experience managing multiple accounts or brands

Comfort with analytics and attribution tools

Strongly Preferred

Agency experience

Franchise or multi-location experience

HubSpot, GoHighLevel or CRM familiarity

Landing page testing experience
