
Paid Media Analyst

The Opportunity We are seeking a Paid Media Analyst to support performance marketing leadership with data integrity, attribution accuracy, and actionable insights across paid acquisition channels. This role will analyze performance data from campaigns across multiple channels including search, video, programmatic, CTV, and radio to ensure campaigns are measured accurately and optimized effectively.
You will work closely with performance and intake teams to validate lead flow, troubleshoot tracking issues, monitor funnel conversion from click → call → retained case, and deliver clear reporting that informs budget allocation and growth strategy. This is a highly analytical role for someone who understands that clean data drives profitable acquisition.
Accountable for
Aggregate and analyze performance data across Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, CTV, radio,call tracking platformsandlandingpages.
Monitor full‑funnel metrics fromclick→ call → qualified →retainedcase toidentifyefficiency gaps and revenue leakage.
Validate andmaintainattribution accuracy across CRM,marTechsystemsand tracking infrastructure.
Identifydiscrepancies in lead counts, duplicate entries, routing errors, and reporting inconsistencies.
Build andmaintaindashboardstracking spend, CPL, CAC, cost‑per‑case, retention rates, and forecasting models.
Partner with Paid Media andSearchteams to surface optimization opportunities based on performance trends and cohort behavior.
Conductperformance deep dives and competitive analysis to inform budget allocation and bidding adjustments.
Support forecasting models with historical data, conversion velocity, andintake performancebenchmarks.
Document tracking architecture, reporting logic, and data workflows to ensure operational transparency and continuity.
Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, paid media analysis, or performance reporting in a lead generation environment.
StrongproficiencyinGoogle Ads,GA4, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms).
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and call tracking platforms.
Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and cross‑channel performancemeasurement.
Ability to reconcile data discrepancies and diagnose tracking or routing errors.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Compensation
$95,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
