We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team member who will support our mission and contribute meaningfully to this role. Content & Communications Manager will own our brand storytelling across digital and internal channels. You’ll drive everything from content strategy to execution, developing the frameworks and calendars that power consistent, high‑impact communication.

Our work is guided by our educational approach, Sustainable Education®, which bridges research and daily practice to help children thrive and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. We’re in what we like to call the science of children. Everything we do is rooted in research about how young minds grow—how they learn, connect, and build the skills that last a lifetime. We also lead our HONOR values: Humility, Open-Mindedness, Nurture, Ownership, and Recognition. This guiding framework fosters an environment where educators, children, families, and partners feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow.

What We Will Achieve Together:

Consistent Messaging.

Bring our three school brands to life through consistent messaging and tone across all parent-facing channels.

Showcase Quality.

Showcase our educational value from infancy through pre‑K and establish our schools as a top choice for families.

Create and maintain a content calendar spanning social media, email, website, and key campaigns

Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all parent-facing channels

Social Media

Own social media content end-to-end: planning, writing, scheduling, and posting

Monitor and moderate comments and messages, escalating as needed

Partner with design and agency teams on creative assets

Track engagement and help optimize content over time

Parent-Facing Content & CRM

Own B2C nurture journeys for prospective and enrolled families

Website & Content Management

Manage website content updates and new page creation

Write and edit parent-facing copy that is reassuring, approachable, and enrollment focused

Ensure content remains accurate and on brand across locations and programs

Experience owning content calendars and managing content across multiple channels

Hands‑on experience with social media management and moderation

Comfortable working in a lean, fast‑moving team

Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

Experience working with creative or design agencies is a plus

Writing Samples: Please include 1–2 writing samples that demonstrate B2C communication, ideally for parents or families (email, web, or social)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
