Description RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

Help manage the timeline and workflow of organic social projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Track project progress and assist in coordinating cross-functional collaboration between Strategy, Creative, Client Partnerships, and Project Management teams.

Identify potential bottlenecks or issues in the project workflow and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.

Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Project Management, Creative, and other team members to create comprehensive social media plans.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.

Content Creation & Management:

Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and optimal timing.

Collaborate with the Creative team to produce visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.

Community Management:

Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Foster and grow online communities, building strong relationships with followers and influencers.

Manage social media listening efforts, tracking sentiment and identifying opportunities for engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media analytics platforms.

Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.

Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and content for better results.

Brand Voice & Consistency:

Ensure all social media content reflects the client’s brand voice and values.

Maintain consistency across all social channels, aligning content with broader marketing campaigns.

Provide guidance to team members and freelancers on maintaining brand standards in social media content.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Client Partnerships, and Project Management teams, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Participate in client meetings, presenting social media strategies, campaign results, and recommendations.

Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients on social media best practices and emerging trends.

Crisis Management & Problem Solving:

Monitor social media channels for potential crises or negative feedback, and respond appropriately.

Develop and implement crisis communication plans as needed.

Quickly address any issues or challenges that arise during campaigns to minimize negative impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

You have 0-2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.

You understand social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and others.

You’re proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with audiences.

You have a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and an understanding of visual storytelling.

You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

You have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You’re a team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
