Design the Category:
You aren’t skinning a CRM. You are defining the UI patterns for "Social Intent"—a category that didn't exist two years ago.
True Ownership:
You will be the design lead, working directly with exited founders and the Head of Customer Success. No layers, no bureaucracy, just high-velocity shipping.
AI + Social Frontier:
You’ll tackle the unique challenge of making non-deterministic AI insights feel intuitive, trustworthy, and actionable.
Elite Client Base:
Your work will be used daily by the most sophisticated marketers at companies like Webflow and HubSpot.
What You’ll Do
Own the Ecosystem:
Design the end-to-end experience across our core platform—from complex creator marketplaces to data-heavy intent dashboards.
Translate Complexity:
Turn ambiguous "social signals" and AI-driven recommendations into elegant, simple workflows that help sales teams close deals.
Ship & Iterate:
Partner with Engineering to move from concept to production at startup speed without sacrificing "taste" or craft.
Build the Foundation:
Evolve our design system and UX standards to ensure we scale gracefully from hundreds of customers to thousands.
Be the Voice of the User:
Lead research and usability testing to ensure our product solves real pain points for both creators and enterprise brands.
A Product Thinker, Not Just a Pixel‑Pusher:
You care about why a feature exists and how it impacts revenue, retention, and user psychology.
Data-Fluent:
You are comfortable designing for "information density." You know how to make complex analytics feel breathable and clear.
High-Agency:
You thrive in the "messy middle" of a startup. You don't need a 20-page PRD to start exploring a solution.
Systems-Minded:
You understand how a toggle on the creator side ripples through to the brand’s analytics dashboard.
Opinionated (with a small 'o'):
You have strong design convictions but are humble enough to let user data change your mind.
4–8+ years
of experience in B2B SaaS or Product‑Led Growth (PLG) software.
A Portfolio of "Work":
We want to see the thinking, the wireframes, and the "failed" versions—not just the final Dribbble‑ready shots.
Mastery of Figma:
You’re an expert in components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
Startup DNA:
Experience in fast-moving, venture‑backed environments (Seed to Series B).
Communication:
You can articulate the "why" behind your design decisions to stakeholders and engineers alike.
Experience with
AI-native products
or decision‑support tools.
Background in
MarTech, SalesTech, or Marketplaces .
Basic understanding of front‑end constraints (HTML/CSS/React logic).
