
Marketing Coordinator

Raleigh Orthopaedic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Physician Liaison to support our growing marketing and outreach efforts. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and plays a key part in executing marketing initiatives, supporting physician liaison activities, and strengthening relationships within the community and referral network.
This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of one in-office day per week at our Raleigh office.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Support
Assist with social media content posting, scheduling, and coordination across platforms
Manage and monitor online reputation, including reviews and responses, in alignment with brand standards
Oversee marketing department administrative needs, including print materials and promotional goods ordering
Assist with website updates and ongoing content refreshes
Manage and maintain Google Business listings for all clinic locations
Support the design and development of print collateral and other marketing assets using Canva
Assist with partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional initiativesAttend local events, community outreach opportunities, and marketing activations as needed
Assist with physician liaison responsibilities to support referral relationships
Help coordinate outreach efforts, events, and materials for referring providers
Support communication between clinical teams and marketing initiatives
Represent Raleigh Orthopaedic professionally in the community and with referral partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (marketing degree preferred)
2+ years previous marketing experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through to completion
Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Experience supporting social media platforms and scheduling tools
Familiarity with website content management systems
Comfort attending and representing the organization at community events
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments

$50,000–55,000, commensurate with experience
