
POSITION SUMMARY
Remington & Vernick Engineers has an immediate opening for an experienced marketer to join our Marketing and Communications Department. The ideal candidate is a strategic and critical thinker with AEC industry experience who works effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative and deadline‑driven environment. This position requires strong organizational and proofreading skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle client deadlines in a logical, calm and efficient manner. The individual must be able to multitask, work well under pressure and function as a team player.
This is an in‑office position in RVE’s Cherry Hill, NJ office location. The possibility of a hybrid work schedule (in‑office and remote) will be evaluated after an introductory period (90 days). With this position, a hybrid and/or flexible work schedule may need to be altered as needed to meet deadlines.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Develop high-quality deliverables including client proposals, prequalifications, qualification packages, presentations, etc.
Collaborate with staff of all levels including external team members and partners to develop persuasive, accurate content for marketing collateral that supports the firm’s brand
Conduct internet and market research as needed to support pursuits and strategic growth
Maintain marketing database through data entry to track key information regarding pursuits
Develop/maintain/update marketing boilerplate and reference material including content, project descriptions and resumes
Facilitate and participate in project kickoff, status and other meetings as required
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a quality work product
Update information and generate reports in Deltek VantagePoint and MS Excel
QA/QC and edit client and internal communications, content, to ensure quality and branding compliance
Communicate with coworkers, management, clients and others in a professional manner; build and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
Perform as‑needed administrative duties, including word processing, filing, scheduling, calendaring events, coordinating meetings, answering routine correspondence, assembling information needed to respond to requests for information, handling confidential and sensitive information and taking on special assignments as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
Proposal experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe
Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with superior attention to detail
Database aptitude to include proposal setup, file management and report processing (SharePoint, Deltek VantagePoint, etc.)
Professional services marketing experience in AEC industry a plus
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in English, communication, marketing, business or related field; 1‑to‑5 years of proposal coordination experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. Work requires frequent and prolonged computer use, typing, filing, lifting and organization. May require occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Local travel to various worksites may be required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The annual base salary range for this full‑time position in the United States is
$55,000 - $73,500 . This range represents a good faith estimate and is based on factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. Within this range, individual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors including skills, experience, education, and training.
