
Brooklyn Bedding is seeking a Brand Content Manager to strengthen our growing Creative and Brand team. This highly content‑driven role supports the development, execution, and optimization of brand storytelling across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Brand, Operations, Digital, Engineering, Retail Management, and Wholesale teams to ensure our content is consistent, compelling, and aligned with brand objectives.
You will support Brooklyn Bedding as well as our family of niche brands which include Plank, Titan, RV Mattress, Dreamfoam Bedding, and Mattress Topper, helping each communicate its unique value through audience‑focused, high‑impact content.
Responsibilities: Content Creation & Copywriting
Write clear, conversion‑focused email copy for campaigns and automated flows
Develop compelling ad copy for paid‑media channels
Create engaging product descriptions for PDPs that highlight key features and drive engagement
Assist with editorial content, articles, and blog posts
Social Media & Community Management
Manage social media planning, content scheduling, and posting
Support organic Reddit content and engagement
Coordinate product orders for influencer partnerships
Create promo codes and landing pages for influencer campaigns
Platform & Tool Management
Monitor and manage customer review platforms
Oversee cookies platform management
Perform routine data maintenance and cleanup
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years professional marketing experience
Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills
Experience in social media and/or content marketing proficiency in Microsoft Word and standard content tools
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently and collaboratively
Ability to manage recurring weekly tasks with consistency and accuracy
Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice-to‑Haves:
Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools
Familiarity with influencer or ambassador platforms
Brand new state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility
