We’re looking for a Content Producer to own MoonBrew’s evergreen content engine from end to end. This is not a pure performance marketing role. This is a brand‑building role with product fluency. You will strategize, script, shoot, and produce high‑volume content that drives awareness, trust, and cultural relevance - while thoughtfully integrating product education. You’ll have significant creative freedom - and real ownership. This role reports to the VP of Brand and works cross‑functionally with Growth, Product, and Leadership. 1. Own MoonBrew’s Evergreen Content Engine
Develop and execute high‑volume evergreen content concepts Build scalable content pillars that can run for months (not just trends) Balance education + entertainment + brand storytelling Continuously test new formats and angles You’ll experiment across (but not limited to): Street interviews Founder stories POV storytelling Skits and character‑based concepts Lab and ingredient breakdown content Animated / AI‑driven content Documentary‑style storytelling Platform‑native formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.) 2. Day‑to‑Day Filming & Production
Film several days per week Capture in‑office, lab, founder, and lifestyle content Operate scrappily and move fast Be comfortable both behind and occasionally in front of the camera Turn ideas into content quickly without overproduction 3. End‑to‑End Creative Execution
Take ideas from concept → script → shot list → shoot → edit → publish Maintain strong creative judgment on: Hooks Pacing Retention Story structure Platform‑native editing Ensure all content aligns with FDA compliance standards Partner with Brand leadership to ensure messaging priorities are reflected 4. Talent Sourcing & Creator Management
Source and recruit actors, interview subjects, and freelance creators Manage offshore editors to ensure: Platform‑optimized cuts (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, TV) Fast turnaround times Strong storytelling and pacing Provide clear creative briefs and feedback loops 5. Brand, Product & Education Balance
You’ll create a thoughtful mix of: Brand‑building content (Founders, mission, culture, lifestyle, medical advisors, community) Product education content (Ingredients, benefits, routines, use cases) This is not a direct response role - but product information should be intelligently woven into much of the content. The goal is long‑term brand equity and scalable awareness. 6. Operational Ownership
Partner with VP, Brand on campaign calendars and strategic priorities Own shoot schedules and content production timelines Build and manage an efficient editor pipeline Stay on top of trends — but prioritize evergreen, repeatable formats Develop repeatable systems, not one‑off viral hits What You Bring
2‑3+ years producing short‑form or brand content Strong scripting ability and storytelling instincts Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube formats Experience managing editors or creative freelancers Comfort working in a fast‑paced, in‑office startup environment High ownership mindset — you think in systems, not single posts Strong creative taste and hook intuition Ability to balance creativity with compliance constraints Bonus Skills (Nice to Have but Not Required)
Creative & Production Advanced editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci, After Effects) Motion graphics or light animation experience Experience using AI tools for content generation (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, VEO, etc.) Ability to create platform‑native subtitles and retention‑driven editing Experience directing on‑camera talent Performance & Platform Fluency Understanding of hook testing and retention metrics Experience repurposing content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and TV Knowledge of what makes content convert vs. purely entertain Familiarity with whitelisting or creator licensing models This is a full‑time role based in New York City
