Overview

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of public events, seasonal programming, and community activations.

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and on-site channels.

Draft promotional content for various platforms, including email marketing, websites, and social media.

Collaborate with vendors, performers, and sponsors to ensure seamless event logistics and operations.

Track and manage marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts efficiently.

Compile post-event recaps and performance reports with key metrics and insights.

Maintain marketing asset libraries and promotional materials inventory for organizational needs.

Support tenant marketing initiatives and cross-promotional opportunities to enhance community engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Assist in planning and executing public events, including setup, breakdown, and vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and digital platforms.

Draft promotional copy and coordinate content creation for marketing purposes.

Monitor social media engagement and support community management efforts effectively.

Track marketing budgets and maintain accurate records of invoices and contracts.

Compile detailed post-event reports and performance metrics for evaluation.

Provide operational support for marketing initiatives and maintain promotional materials inventory.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, retail, or entertainment.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic graphic design tools preferred.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events.

Creative and proactive thinker with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
