This position is responsible for assisting with the entire social content lifecycle, including, but not limited to, initial creation, editing, posting, community engagement, and reporting. Beyond owned projects, you will also leverage earned opportunities and conversations to drive relevance of Einstein Bros. Bagels. Timely content trends will be brought to life in real time alongside the Manager of PR, Social, & Partnerships, Vice President of Storytelling, and various marketing team members, ultimately increasing transactions and brand growth. This role requires clear and concise communication skills, quick attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to identify trends, surface insights, and optimize social performance.
