About The Opportunity
Every hotel has a story. The best ones are written by leaders who understand their market, build real relationships, and know how to turn strategy into revenue. A branded 121‑room extended‑stay hotel located in the North Austin Domain Arboretum sub‑market is seeking a Director of Sales who is ready to take ownership of growth, visibility, and long‑term performance. This is not a maintenance role — it is a proactive leadership position designed for someone who thrives in a competitive market and understands how extended stay wins business differently.
This Director of Sales will play a central role in shaping the hotel's presence across Austin's corporate, technology, medical, and project‑based travel segments while partnering closely with operations and revenue leadership to protect ADR and drive RevPAR performance.
