We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Property Manager to support our operations team. This is a flexible, mostly remote role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Key Responsibilities
Create & Implement marketing initiatives Assist with Revenue Management Build and maintain digital Guest Guides Onboard new property management clients Prepare and submit insurance claims Submit local and state licensing applications Perform light bookkeeping and data entry tasks Communicate with guests through various platforms Maintain and update property database with guest feedback, FAQs, and reviews Submit monthly sales tax reports Prepare detailed monthly statements for property owners Manage our Early Arrival Program (EAP) Promote and process guest upsell opportunities Assist with owner communication and updates Track property inventories and order necessary supplies Monitor operational performance using monthly scorecards Manage and respond to guest reviews Support the Managing Director with special projects as needed Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational abilities Revenue Management knowledge Working knowledge of Canva & Mailchimp (for marketing tasks) Experience with database marketing and property management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently with excellent time management Multilingual candidates are a plus 80% work from home with reliable internet access required Flexible hours – some responsiveness outside of standard hours may be necessary
