Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences for a complex, enterprise-level client. This role focuses on translating business and user needs into intuitive, scalable design solutions across digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong UX/UI execution, a systems-oriented mindset, and experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences using Figma
Translate complex requirements into clear user flows and interaction models
Apply and contribute to design systems and component libraries
Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure feasibility and quality
Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and business needs
Communicate design intent clearly to ensure accurate implementation
Own design work from concept through delivery while meeting timelines
Required Qualifications
Proven UX/UI experience with strong visual and interaction design skills
Advanced proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Experience working within design systems
Background in enterprise, consulting, or agency environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries
Experience working with distributed or global teams
