Position Title: Catering Sales Coordinator

Job Summary Assisting the overall event sales lifecycle of catering events at the location. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering sales – able to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures all food or beverage is distributed in a timely fashion.
Assisting in creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system.
Inspecting event setups to ensure they match the banquet event order.
Works with manager to deliver events according to BEOs.
Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
