Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and system support to the commercial sales team
Ensure smooth and strong communication across all departments by working closely with multiple teams: Commercial, Fragrance Development Managers (FDMs), Technical, Applications, Marketing, Perfumery and customers
Administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing sample logistics, organizing excel files, putting together market products for presentations, and ordering and cataloging of products
Maintain smooth customer and internal communication workflows: sample orders, paperwork requests, regulatory, etc. Input sample orders, monitor samples and ensure delivery
Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to assist Commercial Team and Projects
Responsible for maintaining product library

Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to have thoughtful and respectful communication with clients
Detail oriented, with a high level of organizational skills
Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Office Applications, and working with complex computer systems
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1-year of administrative experience
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary:
$50,000-$62,000 .
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
