Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and distribution partners across the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors to promote and sell RLS products and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product expertise, support, and solutions to meet their needs. Conduct regular follow-ups and relationship‑building activities with existing partners. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic sales planning. Prepare and maintain reports related to sales activity, territory performance, and market conditions. Manage sales documentation including quotes, orders, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems. Partner with internal teams to support product delivery, installation coordination, and customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness. What You'll Need

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or demonstrated interest in building a career in sales. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel up to 50 percent within the assigned territory.
