Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs Prepare and present proposals and quotes to potential clients Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote services and network with potential clients Minimum Requirements

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or transportation brokerage Preferred Requirements

Experience with freight management software Established network of contacts in the transportation industry Bilingual abilities are a plus Participation in industry-related workshops or seminars Benefits
