We are seeking a results‑driven Comfort Club Membership Advocate to join our team and promote our exclusive Home Comfort Club service agreements. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about the benefits of our comprehensive maintenance plans, and ultimately closing sales to enhance their home comfort experience.
Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to homeowners via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce them to our Home Comfort Club service agreements.
Calling two weeks before memberships expire.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our maintenance plans, emphasizing benefits such as regular HVAC tune‑ups, plumbing and electrical inspections, priority service, and member‑only pricing.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, addressing any questions or objections with empathy and professionalism.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to enroll in our Comfort Club Service Agreement, emphasizing the long‑term cost savings and peace of mind it provides.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the department lead to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements to effectively position our services in the market.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the home services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic sales environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.
