Job Summary The Showroom Sales & New Business Executive will be responsible for driving aggressive sales growth and expanding Ornare’s market share in the Houston area, with a strong primary focus on delivering an exceptional in-showroom sales experience. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a go-getter personality, a passion for luxury design, and the ability to convert high-intent showroom traffic into closed business while also cultivating external relationships that generate consistent leads. Experience with interior design and CAD, with a proven track record in luxury sales and business development, is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Own the showroom sales process end-to-end: greet clients, conduct discovery, present solutions, manage objections, and close sales.
Deliver elevated, luxury-level client experiences in the showroom, guiding clients through displays, materials, finishes, and customization options.
Manage showroom appointments, walk-ins, and client follow-ups, ensuring prompt response times and high conversion rates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline by capturing, qualifying, and nurturing leads from the showroom and outbound efforts.
Present Ornare’s product offerings and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the brand’s value proposition.
Prepare and deliver compelling in-showroom and offsite sales presentations and proposals.
Deliver a high-touch luxury showroom experience for walk-ins—discovery, guidance, and solutions—while nurturing leads to purchase; proactive customer generation is encouraged and rewarded.
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Cultivate new opportunities beyond walk-ins through discreet outreach, networking, and referral development; high performance is rewarded.
Strengthen partnerships with architects, designers, and builders to position Ornare as a preferred luxury solution and generate qualified introductions.
Represent Ornare at curated industry and showroom events to elevate brand visibility and attract the right clientele.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position Ornare competitively.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in interior design, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the luxury showroom sales or interior design industry.
Experience with high-end sales and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of the interior design process and luxury market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
