Our Commercial Insurance Department in Austin, TX, is looking for a licensed Property & Casualty Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll go beyond policies to deliver proactive risk management consulting and unmatched client service to small and middle‑market clients.

You'll Have:

• You’re a licensed Property & Casualty professional with at least one year of experience managing commercial insurance accounts. You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and have a knack for numbers. Experience with EPIC is a plus, and you excel at building and maintaining client relationships.

• You’re organized, tech‑savvy, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Your written and verbal communication skills are consistent and professional, and you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality service.

How you’ll make an impact

Delivers high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the Commercial Insurance Department's overall workflow processes and providing routine client support.

Contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

Supports the business priorities of the Production team members and the Client Service function.

Adheres to efficiency/productivity and process standards such as data and documents requirements, timelines, tool usage, etc.

Assists with the Commercial Insurance Department's overall workflow processes.

Creates documents, certificates, etc. using appropriate systems and resources, which may include communications, forms, certificates, reports, etc.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

About You Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred: Active TX Property & Casualty license, strongly preferred. Previous experience with EPIC, strongly preferred. Experience managing client relationships, preferred. Business acumen.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
