Applied Power Products, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and deepen existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Continually identifying and reaching out to potential customers
Manage and grow sales by developing strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships
Promote Applied Power Products' offerings and services
Collaborate with internal technical, production, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with outside sales to manage customers and prospects
Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales with a customer-focused approach
Set up parts and materials in ERP system
Negotiate and close new business
Track and report sales activities using Salesforce software
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, OEM sales, or MRO
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of products such as hose assemblies, belting, bearings, seals, o-rings or fabricated components is a plus
Self-starter with excellent time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
