Position: Roofing Sales Representative and Trainee
We have multiple openings for both
experienced
roofing sales and highly motivated
beginners !
Qualifications
Previous sales experience
(roofing sales experience is a plus but not required)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car or a truck)
Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through assigned neighborhood
Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage
Educate homeowners on roofing options, insurance restoration, and the sales process
Present estimates and close deals.
Position Offer and Perks:
Uncapped Commission
Earn $100,000 to $250,000 per year
