Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager - NWA

First Western Insurance is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. This position works as the liaison between insurance companies, agents, and clients in Ft. Smith or NWA. The duties and responsibilities involve responding to requests for information and documentation, handling renewals of expiring policies, processing claims, and assisting with audits. This position also maintains documentation for new and renewing business, answer questions about coverage, and processes applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), as well as the ability to multi-task. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
