Position Summary Tailored Events is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Client Representative to serve as a key point of contact between our clients and their target customers. This role extends beyond basic sales responsibilities. The Client Representative is responsible for protecting brand integrity, strengthening customer relationships, executing campaign strategies, and contributing to overall client growth objectives. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and capable of balancing customer engagement with performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary representative for assigned client campaigns within retail environments
Deliver professional, consultative interactions with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty
Execute campaign strategies aligned with client goals and performance metrics
Monitor and report on daily and weekly performance results
Identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities within assigned campaigns
Collaborate with leadership to refine customer acquisition strategies
Ensure brand standards, compliance guidelines, and presentation quality are consistently upheld
Support training and development of newer team members as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in sales, client services, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Professional demeanor with high emotional intelligence
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
