What You Will Do In this

Business Development–focused

role, you will:

Prospect aggressively to expand the commercial client base—using cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person visits

Jumpstart pipelines and generate new construction and renovation opportunities in commercial properties

Identify and engage C-Level executives, facility managers, general contractors, property managers, architects, and other key decision-makers

Establish, grow, and maintain high-value Key Account relationships

Forecast, plan, and streamline sales processes to drive commercial market growth

Educate clients on Bath Fitter’s PermaFit solution to help them maximize ROI

You’re the type who

lives for the hunt , isn’t afraid to knock on doors, and thrives on turning cold leads into long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales,

Proven track record as a hunter—consistently winning new accounts and exceeding KPIs

Strong background in cold calling, territory penetration, and developing new markets

Understanding of commercial construction, renovation processes, or solution-based selling

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required)
